Dr. John Buchan started practicing podiatry in Columbus in 1948. His first downtown office was in the Hartman Theatre Building, which now is only a downtown memory. Over the years, his two oldest sons have joined him, Dr. Jack in 1978 and Dr. Dave in 1982, to continue to provide foot care to the families of Central Ohio. Our desire is to provide the highest level of foot and ankle care in a professional, caring and affordable environment. Patient satisfaction has allowed our practice to grow rapidly over the years.

Dr. John has now retired and the doctors of Central Ohio Podiatry Group are now brothers Drs. Jack and David Buchan. Both doctors are members of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and are Board Certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. Each doctor also has special interests in podiatry that allows in-depth experience and expertise for your foot care.

The doctors frequently teach at various residency programs and have lectured at national and international professional meetings. They have authored many articles and have appeared on many television and radio programs as experts in foot and ankle care.
