Our office hours are 8:30am – 5pm
Monday through Friday and you can schedule an appointment at
614-890-7224. There are some evening hours, so please ask when you
call. We will make every effort to treat emergency cases the same day,
but all regular visits must be scheduled in advance. You may request a
particular physician or choose to see the first physician available at
the location nearest you.
Don’t hesitate to call the office
if you have a medical question. Some problems can be resolved over the
phone by the medical assistant without an office visit. In case of an
emergency after hours, call 614-890-7224 and the on-call doctor will
assist you.

Directions: We are located off of I-270 on
South Cleveland Ave., just north of Schrock Road. Go north off the
I-270 Cleveland Ave exit and straight through the traffic light at
Schrock Road and Cleveland Ave. The first street on your right, just
past Knights Ice Cream Shop, is Copeland Mill Road; take a right turn
and another quick right into the first driveway. Our suite faces
Cleveland Ave. and we are in Suite B. You can park right in front of
the building.

Directions: Take I-270
to the Tuttle Crossing exit. Go East or toward the mall and then turn
left or north onto Bradenton Ave (Boston Market is on the corner).
Follow Bradenton Ave. and at the 4 way stop sign, continue straight and
you will see a hotel on your left side. We are the second driveway past
the hotel, turning left into the Bradenton Health Center driveway. In
the driveway, go to the left around the first building of Central Ohio
Primary Care and we are located in the second building on the corner.
We are Suite A and our door faces the parking lot and you can park
right in front of our building.
